Can I just say – You did it again! Kudos on the CUMC Staff dinner last night! Rave reviews from everyone. What I love most about your meals is that they are just the right balance. Not too rich, not too greasy, not too plain… everything is a delightful balance. I didn’t know whether to just rub the grits all over my face or take a bath in them. That is the BEST grits casserole I’ve ever had bar none! I would love to place some orders for Christmas if I may. I’ll talk with you tomorrow. BUt thanks for making my weekend grand! You are incredibly gifted!
